SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY DETAILS. All orders from Star Woods Pet are shipping from the US via Ground Shipping. Shipping and Handling charges are based on the shipping method selected. starwoodspet.com does not currently ship to APO / FPO Military or P.O. Boxes. Our shipping methods are subject to change without notice.

Please note that if your package was not received as indicated by your tracking number you will need to notify starwoodspet.com customer service within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will file a lost package claim on your behalf. Notification outside this time frame will make the order ineligible for replacement and/or reimbursement.

LOST PACKAGES. Please note that if your package was not received complete or incomplete as indicated by your tracking number you will need to notify starwoodspet.com customer service info@starswoodpet.com within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will file a lost package claim on your behalf which takes anywhere from 8-15 business days. Notification outside this time frame will make the order ineligible for replacement and/or Store credit.

PROCESS & HANDLING OF ORDERS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. Our team needs up to 2 business days to prepare your shipment. This includes the preparation and proper care of your order so that it is protected with the appropriate packing materials. We also utilize recycled materials wherever possible to eliminate environmental impact.

Ground packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment and expedited orders should arrive within the stated delivery timeframe after shipment.
